At Orchard Breeze RE, we work with investors to ensure a smooth loan-to-closing process. Most loans are short-term, 6 to 9 months, and generally do not require monthly interest payments. The loan balance is repaid when the property is sold. Orchard Breeze RE will lend the purchase price and repair costs for a property up to 80% of ARV (After Repair Value).

Having grown up in the DFW area, David Tanner moved back to Fort Worth in 2005 after working for 12 years on Wall Street. He studied finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, receiving his MBA in 1995. Capitalizing on his experience in investment management, Dave founded the Orchard Breeze companies to manage investment assets through private partnerships. In his free time, Dave loves to travel, ski and scuba dive.
